Booking Terms & Cancellation Policy

These terms apply to all bookings made on planecastro.com. By booking, you agree to these terms.

1. General Information

In accordance with Law of Ukraine 'On Electronic Commerce' No. 675-VIII, Article 7 and Law of Ukraine 'On Consumer Protection' No. 3153-IX, planecastro.com LLC provides its name, legal form, location (15 Volodymyrska St, Kyiv, 01034, Ukraine), registration number (EDRPOU 80172000), contact details (contact@planecastro.com, +380 687 249 4340), and required pre-purchase information including price, terms, and dispute resolution details.

2. Booking and Payment

You must be at least 18 years old. Full payment is required at booking unless stated otherwise. Prices include applicable taxes. For tours, we comply with Law of Ukraine 'On Tourism' No. 324/95-ВР.

3. Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellations in writing to contact@planecastro.com. Refunds: more than 30 days before departure – full refund minus administrative fee; 15–30 days – 50% refund; less than 15 days – no refund. No-shows are non-refundable. Refunds processed within 14 days.

4. Force Majeure

We are not liable for failure to perform due to force majeure, including regional instability, security conditions, natural disasters, or government actions. In such cases, we may offer alternative dates or a credit note.

5. Dispute Resolution

Under Law of Ukraine 'On Consumer Protection' No. 3153-IX, you must be informed about out-of-court dispute resolution. You may contact the State Service of Ukraine for Food Safety and Consumer Protection. We encourage you to contact us first at contact@planecastro.com.

6. Personal Data and Cookies

We process personal data under Law of Ukraine 'On Personal Data Protection' No. 2297-VI. We use cookies; by continuing, you consent to our use as described in our Privacy Policy. Cookies are also subject to Law of Ukraine 'On Electronic Communications' No. 1089-IX.
