1. Official Travel Advisories
Before booking, check the current travel advisories issued by your government and by the relevant authorities. We recommend monitoring official sources such as the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine and your home country's foreign ministry. Advisories may change quickly; always verify before departure.
2. Route Safety & Conflict Zones
Our tour routes are planned to avoid active conflict zones. We continuously monitor security conditions and may adjust itineraries for your safety. In accordance with the Law of Ukraine 'On Tourism' No. 324/95-ВР, we provide information about the tour, our registration status, and safety measures.
3. Curfews & Air-Raid Protocols
Local curfews and air-raid protocols may be in effect. You must comply with all instructions from local authorities. When an air-raid alert sounds, proceed immediately to the nearest designated shelter. Your guide will provide location-specific instructions.
4. Consumer Rights & Dispute Resolution
Under the Law of Ukraine 'On Consumer Protection' No. 3153-IX, you have the right to clear information before purchase, including price, terms, and dispute resolution procedures. For out-of-court dispute resolution, you may contact the State Service of Ukraine for Food Safety and Consumer Protection. We also comply with the Law of Ukraine 'On Electronic Commerce' No. 675-VIII, Article 7, ensuring easy access to our name, legal form, location, registration number, and contact details.
5. Data Protection & Cookies
