Each departure on this page is a single named product, not a custom estimate. A route has one region, one two-day and one-night shape, one difficulty grade and one group cap of 14 travellers with a single guide per departure.

We run in western and central Ukraine only. We do not operate in occupied territories, Crimea, or areas under active restrictions; the route notes restate this and mark the status of every departure.

Route notes

What a published price covers, and what it does not

Every route on this page is a fixed product with a fixed price per person. The same conditions apply to every departure, whatever the region or season.

Included in the price

  • Return transport from the Kyiv meeting point, in a 16-seat minibus.
  • One night of accommodation in a guest house or small hotel, twin or triple rooms.
  • Two breakfasts, prepared at the accommodation.
  • One guide per departure, with a group cap of 14 travellers.
  • Entry fees for every site listed in the itinerary.

Not included

  • Travel insurance and any medical costs.
  • Lunches and dinners; your guide will point to places along the route.
  • Alcohol, souvenirs and personal spending.
  • Rental of hiking poles, boots or rain gear.
  • A single-room supplement, quoted per route on request.

A route marked Suspended will not depart and deposits are returned in full. Routes marked Under review are held open until the 48-hour window closes. We operate routes in western and central Ukraine only. We do not run tours to Crimea, to areas under temporary occupation, or to districts where active hostilities are ongoing.
